Perio's use of Matter Manipulation is limited to the materials that make up his arm, and only one arm at a time. This allows him to change the chemical makeup and molecular composition of his arm at any time, giving him access to various types of attacks, allowing him to regenerate damage, and even regrowing an entire arm at a heavy cost
Radiations[]
Although Perio can change his arms into any substance given enough time to think and strategize, he has forms that he defaults to that he calls "Radiations"
- Pyrophoric Skin
- Perio changes his skin to Neptunium, a substance that ignites into flame upon contact with air, and even water
Usage[]
Arc 1[]
Perio is shown to use his Pyrophoric Skin to attempt an attack towards Roland. After the latter grounds the former, Perio is able to regenerate the damage done, once Roland gives him his usage of his powers back.
